What You’re Purchasing
When you buy a digital download from Pasifika Treasures, you are licensing the right to use the file — not owning or reselling it.
All copyright remains with the original creator or Pasifika Families Inc.
Each download includes a clear Personal Use Licence or Commercial Use Licence, depending on the product purchased.
Personal Use Licence
Perfect for your own enjoyment — printing, framing, or using digitally for inspiration.
You may:
- Print the artwork or design for your home, office, or personal gifts.
- Use the design on personal devices (phone wallpaper, computer background).
- Share photographs of your printed item on social media (with credit if possible).
You may not:
- Reproduce, sell, or redistribute the digital file or prints.
- Use it in marketing, product packaging, or for any profit-making activity.
- Claim the work as your own or remove artist signatures or watermarks.
Commercial Use Licence
This licence supports small business creators who want to incorporate Pasifika-inspired design respectfully in their products or branding.
You may:
- Reproduce the artwork in limited quantities (up to 500 units).
- Use elements within logos, websites, or printed merchandise that you sell.
- Edit or adapt the design as long as cultural meaning and integrity are preserved.
You may not:
- Register any element of the design as your own trademark or brand.
- Mass-produce (500+ units) without written permission.
- Resell or distribute the digital file itself.

Legal Framework
All digital licensing agreements are governed by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the laws of Queensland, Australia.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that these terms apply regardless of your location.
International customers agree that disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
Refunds for Digital Products
Because digital files are instantly accessible, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download has started.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us immediately at support@pasifikafamilies.org.au — we’ll make sure you receive what you’ve paid for.
Cultural Respect & Acknowledgement
Many of our designs are inspired by traditional Pasifika motifs and community stories.
