How the Pasifika Treasures Online Store Works

Welcome to Pasifika Treasures – a creative online marketplace where every purchase celebrates culture, craftsmanship, and community. Our store offers three different ways to receive your order: Physical (Stocked), Print-on-Demand, and Digital Downloads. This page explains what each option means, how delivery works, and what to expect.

Physical (Stocked)

These are items we hold locally in Brisbane – for example jewellery, artworks, fabric pieces, or festival merchandise. Once you place your order, we pack it ourselves and send it using a tracked service (usually Australia Post or Sendle). Because these pieces are often handmade or limited, stock may be small and once it is sold, it might not return.

Print-on-Demand (Drop-Shipped)

Print-on-Demand (POD) products are made especially for you after you order. This is how we can offer more styles, sizes and designs without overproducing. Your order goes to one of our print partners and is shipped directly to you from their facility. This is common for T-shirts, apparel, posters and some homewares.

  • Often ships from a third-party fulfilment centre
  • Helps us reduce waste and keep designs fresh

Because POD items are made on demand, they may have different shipping timeframes to locally stocked items. If your cart contains both, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are the fastest way to receive creative content from us. After successful checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to download your file (for example artwork, printable affirmation cards, patterns, or digital resources). You don’t pay shipping because nothing is posted.
