Pasifika Families Inc. (ABN 73 138 021 037) promotes Pasifika arts, culture and wellbeing.
Our Store features physical merchandise, handmade and print-on-demand items, and digital downloads created by Pasifika and multicultural artists.

Pasifika Families Inc. is not registered for GST; all prices are GST-free.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other gateways offered at checkout.
- Any card-processing surcharges (e.g. Visa / Mastercard / Amex fees) are shown before you confirm payment.
- International customers are responsible for currency-conversion or bank charges.
4. Product Types
Our Store may include:
- Stock on hand – handmade crafts, artworks, jewellery, and Pasifika Vibes Festival merchandise.
- Print-on-Demand (POD) – items produced by trusted third-party suppliers after each order.
- Digital downloads – e.g. art prints, affirmation cards, design files and resources.
Images shown are for reference; colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and printing methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Coverage
We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands, with plans to expand globally.
Rates and Carriers
Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We use reputable carriers (Australia Post, Sendle or FedEx equivalents).

Delivery Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Print-on-Demand items may require 7-14 days.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Items
If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 7 days.
Claims for lost items must be made within 21 days of dispatch.
6. Returns and Refunds
Physical Items
Unused, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
Digital Downloads and Custom Orders
Because digital files are delivered instantly and custom items are made to order, these are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Digital Licensing and Intellectual Property
All digital artworks, graphics and files remain the copyright of Pasifika Families Inc. and the contributing artists.
By purchasing a digital download, you obtain a non-exclusive licence according to the selected option:
- Personal Use Licence: Permits private printing or display for non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial Use Licence: Allows limited business use or resale (up to 500 units) with attribution to the original creator.
Redistribution, reselling, or claiming authorship is prohibited.

8. Custom Orders and Commissions
Requests for commissioned art, personalised fabrics or bespoke designs may require a deposit.
Quotes will specify pricing, turnaround times and payment milestones.
Cancellations after production has begun may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
9. Warranties and Liability
All items are provided in good faith and inspected prior to shipment.
Handmade and artistic goods may show natural variations that add to their uniqueness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Pasifika Families Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
10. User Content, Reviews and Community Conduct
Visitors may post reviews or comments where available.
By submitting content, you grant Pasifika Families Inc. a non-exclusive right to use and display it.
We reserve the right to remove any material considered offensive, misleading or promotional in nature.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to process orders, arrange delivery and provide support.
Personal data is stored securely and not shared except with fulfilment partners or as required by law.
