Over the years, Pasifika Families Inc. has built up a collection of equipment through our events, programs, and festivals. We’re now making these resources available for community members, cultural groups, event organisers, and partner organisations to hire. By sharing what we have, we reduce costs for others, encourage cultural participation, and make it easier for community-led events to thrive.

How It Works
- Enquire – Contact us to check availability and request a hire form.
- Booking – Complete the Equipment Hire Agreement and pay the required bond.
- Collection – Collect the equipment from our office or arrange delivery (fees may apply).
- Use & Care – Follow usage guidelines and ensure equipment is returned in good condition.
- Return & Bond Refund – Return equipment on time; bond refunded once item is inspected.

- Available year-round, subject to booking and availability
- Collection from our North Lakes base (delivery by arrangement)
Cost & Bond
- Hire fees vary depending on the item and duration of hire
- A substantial bond is required for all items — to be refunded upon safe and timely return
- Discount rates may be available for community groups and partner organisations
