Think Like a CEO

Amplifying the voices of culturally diverse young people.

Think Like a CEO

A Pasifika Families initiative empowering young people to see themselves as leaders, innovators, and valuable contributors in work and life.
Whether you’re a student, a young adult seeking work, or an organisation supporting multicultural communities, our programs build confidence, employability, and cultural pride.

About Think Like a CEO

Mainstream employment services often focus on “getting a job.” At Pasifika Families, we go further. We believe cultural identity is a strength. When young people see themselves as leaders, entrepreneurs, and role models, they thrive in any pathway — study, work, or business. Through interactive workshops, inspiring role models, and practical skills training, we help young people think like CEOs of their own lives.
